Why this policy exists
Every store on ShopIgnitor shares the same platform. This policy keeps it safe and trustworthy for store owners and their customers. It is part of our Terms of Service.
What you may not sell or promote
- Anything illegal where you or your customers are.
- Counterfeit goods, or goods that break someone else's trademark or copyright.
- Weapons, explosives, illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia, or prescription medicines without the required licence.
- Sexual content involving minors — reported to the authorities without warning — or any sexually explicit material.
- Stolen goods, personal data, or hacked accounts.
- Products or claims that are dangerous or misleading, such as fake health cures.
What your store may not contain
- Content that promotes hatred, violence or harassment against people.
- Scams, phishing pages, fake shops or anything designed to deceive shoppers.
- Malware, or code that harms visitors or other sites.
- Other people's private information without their permission.
Using the platform fairly
- Do not try to break into, overload or disrupt ShopIgnitor or other stores.
- Do not use bots or scripts to create stores or accounts in bulk, or to get around credit and plan limits.
- Do not resell access to ShopIgnitor without our written agreement.
- Do not use your store to send spam.
What we do about misuse
If a store breaks this policy, we may remove the content, suspend the store, or close the account. For serious cases we act straight away; otherwise we will try to contact you first so you can fix it. Where the law requires it, we report illegal activity.
Reporting a store
If you see a ShopIgnitor store breaking these rules, email support@shopignitor.com with the store's address and what you found. We review every report.
